As a B2B Web Manager you are responsible for the digital interaction with the customers and the staff interacting with customers. Matching customers to products and services, optimizing the presentation of products and services, and ensuring the best possible fulfillment process are all part of your daily work.

As the Internal Sales/Customer Support representative you service the needs of the existing customers, respond to new sales inquiries, and support the activities of the sales representatives. You work on projects such as on-site maintenance, assembly, or on construction sites and you may be responsible for filling out time and expense sheets for an entire team. You work as a gardener, landscaper, building maintenance person, in construction, or as a service technician on machines and installations.
